Braces

Here at Kujak Orthodontics we offer clear brackets and a variety of discreet to colorful tie options.

Braces are a tried-and-true way to achieve a beautifully straight smile, and we’ve made them even better! At Kujak Orthodontics, we use clear brackets instead of traditional metal ones, so you can straighten your teeth without the look of noticeable braces. Clear brackets blend in with your natural teeth, making them a more discreet option that helps you feel confident throughout your treatment.

Braces align teeth for a healthier, more attractive smile.

They correct bite issues, enhancing chewing and jaw function.

Straight teeth are easier to clean, reducing the risk of cavities and gum disease.

Generally, braces do not “hurt.” After certain visits, teeth may be sore for a few days. In these situations, generally over the counter pain medication that a patient can take will ease the discomfort. However, after most visits, patients may not feel any soreness at all! We often remind our patients, “It does not have to hurt to work!”

Yes. There is no reason to miss school because of an orthodontic appointment.

It is impossible to give an exact cost for treatment until Dr. Dave has completed an extensive exam. It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. Even if you do not have an orthodontic insurance benefit, we offer payment options to meet your needs. Insurance benefits will be estimated prior to the start of treatment and once orthodontic treatment has begun, an insurance claim will be filed by our office as a courtesy to you.

How much do braces cost?

Yes! Regular check-ups with your regular dentist are important while in braces. Your regular dentist will determine the intervals between cleaning appointments while you are in braces.

Yes. Once treatment begins, we will explain the complete braces care instructions and provide a comprehensive list of foods to avoid. Some of those foods include: hard, crunchy, sticky, chewy foods. See here for more. You can avoid most comfort visit appointments to repair broken or damaged braces by carefully following our instructions.

Patients should brush their teeth at least 2-3 times each day: after each meal and before going to bed. We will show each patient how to properly clean around their braces with a toothbrush as well as how to floss their teeth.
