This free consultation is a great chance for us to take a look at your smile and show you how we can make it even better!
Your First Visit
When you arrive at our office, please stop by the front desk. We’ll assist you with checking in and completing a few forms. Once you’re finished, you can relax in our waiting area until you’re greeted and escorted back for orthodontic records, including photos and a 3D X-ray.
During this appointment, Dr. Dave will determine a treatment plan and we will take time to answer any questions you may have. If it’s determined that you’re ready to start treatment, we will provide an explanation of treatment cost, insurance coverage, and financial options.
Our goal is to have you leave with all of the information you need to begin your orthodontic journey – we look forward to sharing it with you!
